THE GIFT
At Frankston Football Oval, overlooking the foreshore, the Frankston Gift is an annual professional running event that originated in the 1800s and attracts competitors from all corners of Victoria and beyond.
Not unlike the prominent Stawell Gift, Frankston’s event sees collaboration with a number of local businesses for the staging of a running event that can be won by anyone!
Professional running sees competitors given a mark, or handicap, based on their ability. With an equal opportunity to triumph in their chosen event, the best person on the day wins.
The Frankston Gift is renowned for its great atmosphere and strong community involvement. Thanks for joining us in 2025, and we hope to see you at the next edition!
